Do I need previous sewing experience?
No. Beginner courses explain tools, seams, stuffing, and finishing from the ground up. Intermediate and advanced courses assume familiarity with basic hand or machine stitching.
What materials are used?
Most projects use woven cotton, felt, thread, stuffing, needles, scissors, and paper. Each catalog entry explains its material focus so you can compare it with what you already own.
Are the courses live or self-paced?
The catalog identifies each format. Options include self-paced video, workbooks, guided projects, and community make-alongs with suggested weekly milestones.
Can I track a course without adding it to my cart?
Yes. Select Track course in the catalog. The ID is saved in your browser’s localStorage and displayed on the Fallows page.
What does Fallows mean?
Fallows is our name for your personal shelf of courses you want to revisit. It is a local, browser-based list rather than a server account.
How does the cart work?
Add courses from the catalog, then change quantities or remove entries on the Cart page. The demo stores cart data locally and does not process payment.
Can I adapt a course project?
Absolutely. Lessons teach principles and decisions, so changing colors, clothing, proportions, and character direction is encouraged when the course allows it.
How do I ask for accessibility support?
Use the contact form and describe the access question in your own words. We will review the request and explain available materials clearly.
Are course results guaranteed to look identical?
No. Handmade work naturally varies. The goal is to understand techniques well enough to make an intentional character that belongs to you.
